Yes – our studies show that our skincare products perform well for all skin types (oily, dry, and combination).

Here's how we recommend you use our products in your routine:

  1. CTRL+ALT+DEL CLEANSER: Use your fingers to massage your cleanser into your skin for 20-30 seconds. Then take a warm washcloth and drape it over your face for 10 seconds. Finally, gently wipe the cleanser away.
  2. HIT OR MIST FACIAL TONER: Spray a few spiritz’s of “Hit or Mist” toner onto your face. You can wipe off the toner or let it absorb, your choice.
  3. POWER TRIP SERUM: Once a day, apply Power Trip Facial Serum to exfoliate the skin and improve skin texture for a fresh and revitalized complexion. Let the serum soak into the skin, do not wipe it off.
  4. SELF ABSORBED MOISTURIZER: Use the Self Absorbed Facial Moisturizer to provide lasting hydration, plump the skin, and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. 
  5. 20/20 EYE CREAM: Finish with our award-winning 20/20 eye cream. Gently pat at a half pea-sized drop under and up the side of the eyes.

We’ve designed our products around sensitive, aging skin and paid particular attention to every raw material - each ingredient selected was purposeful. We avoid materials that are known to be comedogenic or irritating, like fragrances.

Unfortunately, everyone is different and we just cannot guarantee how our products will work with every skin. We recommend to try the Discovery Kit, this way you can test all the products with low risk and see how your skin reacts.

Yes, our products can help improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. No cosmetic on the market will eliminate deep wrinkles, but being consistent with high quality formulas and the right ingredients will definitely give great results!

Yes, you can use the serum if you are using a retinol but we recommend alternating days of usage if you have sensitive skin (using retinol and Power Trip at the same time can cause sensitivity for some people).

If you are using retinol 2-3 times a week, use the Power Trip serum the other nights when you aren't using retinol. And as always, you should be using an SPF during the day. 

Yes, Power Trip serum can be used alongside a peptide serum if you like. Phytospherix is glycogen and smaller than peptides, so it penetrates the skin more easily and power cells to naturally produce collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. Phytospherix can be used in place of a peptide serum or in conjunction with it! 

It is always best to consult with your doctor before using any new skincare products. The Self Absorbed Facial Moisturizer and the 20/20 Eye Cream are pregnancy safe, while the Power Trip Facial Serum contains lactic acid as well as other naturally occurring alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs). Generally, it is best to avoid AHAs while pregnant.

One of the many tests we do on our products is called a "Freeze-Thaw" Test - this test challenges the formula for cold and hot scenarios (e.g if it's delivered in the winter and sits in the snow on your doorstep or in the summer during extreme heat).

We freeze the formula for 24h, let it thaw for 24h, heat it up in a 40C oven for 24h, then finally let it rest at room temperature for another 24h to see how it performs. This process is repeated for 3 cycles and measured to see how the formula holds up. All of our products are required to pass this test and have.

As scientists we believe in testing everything! We run multiple tests on each product to ensure their safety, quality, efficacy, and packaging compatibility.

Because of the high concentration of natural ingredients, it is a little more difficult to achieve the exact scent or texture between batches. However, when we run production, our QC team will always test the batches to ensure it is within reasonable spec so we minimize the differences in scent or texture that may occur with using natural ingredients. Each batch may not be EXACTLY the same, but the differences should not be noticeable.

We recommend storing in a cool dark environment, ideally away from high humidity or excess moisture. This being said - we test in a number of different environments during stability and compatibility testing and the products will be fine either way up to 3 years.

Our products don't contain any ingredients with gluten. However, we are not a gluten-free facility and we cannot guarantee that products did not get in touch with material that contain gluten.

Our products are composed of approximately 95% naturally derived ingredients. We opted to use synthetic alternatives where necessary to maintain our vegan and cruelty-free position.

Our packaging is recyclable, except for a tiny spring located in the pump mechanism of the bottle. You can take the bottle apart to recycle the glass component, straw and lid. We are working towards 100% recyclable packaging.

Yes they are! This means we don't have any animal-derived ingredients in our products. We chose to go vegan as a more ethical and sustainable approach to the industry. We felt it was unnecessary to use animal-derived ingredients when so many plant and safe synthetic ingredients existed. 

We are certified vegan by the Vegan Awareness Foundation.

To refer your friends, you can follow these steps:

When your friends receive the link and open it, they will see the coupon code available in the rewards panel. They can copy the code and paste it at checkout. 

Only when your friends make a purchase using the discount code will you see your reward in your Rewards panel.

When buying a subscription plan, you can save 20% on your favorite Veriphy products and receive them automatically so you never run out.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $95 CAD (before applicable taxes) to Canada and US - no promotional code required! Please note that orders shipped to US locations may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees according to local regulations.  We cannot provide information on these charges and they are not included in the cost of shipping. Unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping to other locations at this time.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. While we cannot guarantee the delivery date of your order, we will send you tracking information once your order has shipped so you know when to expect it.


We know that finding the perfect product can be a challenge, and while we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, feel free to reach out to us if for any reason you are not. 

We accept full sized products for return or exchange within 30 days of the initial purchase date, as long as they are at least half full when returned. If you’re returning from a Canadian address, we’ll gladly send you a pre-paid return label.  Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-paid labels for international orders at this time.
