Skincare/Product Based Questions
1. Do your products work for all skin types?
Yes – our studies show that our skincare products perform well for all skin types (oily, dry, and combination).
2. Are your products sulfate-free?
All of our products are free from sulfates, parabens, mineral oil, phthalates, silicones and fragrance.
3. Are your products all-natural?
Our products are composed of approximately 95% naturally derived ingredients. We opted to use synthetic alternatives where necessary to maintain our vegan and cruelty-free position.
4. Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not. Our brand is 100% cruelty-free and vegan. All of our ingredients come from cruelty-free suppliers to ensure we are not harming our furry friends.
5. Can I use your products if I’m pregnant/ breast feeding?
It is always best to consult with your doctor before using any new skincare products. The Self Absorbed Facial Moisturizer and the 20/20 Eye Cream are pregnancy safe, while the Power Trip Facial Serum contains lactic acid as well as other naturally occurring alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs). Generally, it is best to avoid AHAs while pregnant.
6. What is the shelf life expectancy/ lifespan of products?
All Veriphy Skincare products have a shelf life of 2-3 years, when stored in a cool (room temperature), dry place. If you would like to know more information regarding storage, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Packaging/Purchasing Based Questions
7. Is your packaging recyclable?
Our packaging is recyclable, except for a tiny spring located in the pump mechanism of the bottle. You can take the bottle apart to recycle the glass component, straw and lid. We are working towards 100% recyclable packaging.
8. Is Veriphy Skincare available anywhere besides veriphyskincare.com?
Our products can also be purchased on amazon.ca, amazon.com and lovelyskin.com.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Where do you ship from?
We process, pack, and ship all our orders from our headquarters in Guelph, ON, Canada!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free UPS standard shipping on all orders in Canada & the United States - no promotional code required! Please note that orders shipped to U.S. locations may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees according to local regulations. We cannot provide information on these charges and they are not included in the cost of shipping. Unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping to other locations at this time.
When will I get my order?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. While we cannot guarantee the delivery date of your order, we will send you tracking information once your order has shipped so you know when to expect it.
Do you ship to international countries?
Yes! We ship to international countries, although the recipient may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees according to local regulations. We cannot provide information on these charges and they are not included in the cost of shipping. Orders may also be converted from Canadian dollars to the currency of the country the order is shipped to. Contact your local customs office for more information.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
We are confident you’ll love your Veriphy Skincare products; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, feel free to contact us at email@example.com. We accept full-sized products for full refund or exchange within 30 days of the initial purchase date, as long as they are at least half full when returned. If you’re returning from a Canadian address, we’ll gladly send you a pre-paid return label. Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-paid labels for international orders at this time.
How can I return or exchange a product?
Just follow these easy steps!
Contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org – Let us know which product(s) you’d like to return and why. As long as our return/exchange policy is met, we will send you a pre-paid return label for you to print (for orders within Canada only). Always contact us before returning a product: We are not responsible for lost returns that have not been communicated to our customer service team.
Customer service will email you a return form. Please fill out the form and send it back with your return.
Pack your return – Put the product(s) you’re returning in a box along with the completed return form. Make sure you attach the pre-paid return label to the outside of the box. Then, simply drop it off at the carrier designated on the label. You’re done!
Can I return products purchased from an authorized retailer to you directly?
